Why We Exist
Clearforge was founded to help owner-led construction and service businesses see their companies clearly. When founders understand exactly where time, money, and talent are stuck, they can make smarter decisions, take better care of their customers and employees, and focus on the creative work they enjoy.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Brett Paulsen, the founder of Clearforge, has spent his career inside founder-led businesses across construction, real estate, property management, SaaS, and learning and development. His work has centered on designing and managing the processes that help companies scale without losing their soul or their margins. He understands how the right operational systems increase profit per job and raise long-term company value.
Originally from Utah and still based there today, Brett draws strength and motivation from his family, faith, and the people who have shaped his life. He values hard work and consistency, and finds a sense of balance through trail running, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, climbing, and strength training. These experiences shape how he works with business owners, bringing steady focus, practical support, and a commitment to long-term growth.
